Erika Wright

As a Codependency Counselor, Erika helps clients recognize how systemic forces—patriarchy, capitalism, organized religion, white supremacy, and colonialism—have shaped our relationship patterns across generations. For those assigned female at birth, these systems often create deep conditioning to doubt or dismiss our inner truth, teaching us to prioritize others' realities over our own.

Erika believes that the path to healing involves releasing the need to manipulate and control both ourselves and others. As we let go of these patterns, we discover that unraveling from codependency opens the door to deeper, more authentic love. This journey is about reclaiming your inner compass and cultivating genuine connections based on authenticity rather than obligation.
